Check in is from 2:00 pm in reception (located in the front foyer).
Check out by 10am. Please either bring key with you to reception (located in the front foyer), or leave in your room.
If checking out before hours, please leave your key in the room. Alternatively, it can be kept in the letterbox located on the right hand side when you drive out.
Note: Late checkout dependent on availability and incurs an additional $20 fee. Please speak to management upon arrival to discuss.
Need assistance after hours? A manager is onsite in the main hotel from 9am-2am every day.
Outside of these hours there is no after hours contact.
If you require laundry facilities during your stay, the closest to laundromat is ‘Hackham Laundromat’, located at 103 Glynville Dr, Hackham West SA. 5163
All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Penalties starting at $100 apply for smoking in the room. If required, guests are welcome to smoke outside of rooms, where you will find ashtray’s provided for your convenience. Upstairs guests may smoke outside on the shared balcony.

NB – Beds will not be made if personal items are placed on the beds.
